"Let's start with the owner. If you are looking to be talked down to, he's your man. If you're looking to be treated in a manner that you know absolutely nothing, he's your man. If you're looking for someone to blow their top the minute they think you are being disrespectful, he's your man. Not only that, but this individual will get in your face and make it appear his intentions are to physically harm you. For someone who is ex-military (him), he should know what professionalism is. No owner should ever act like this, even in the face of diversity. This is someone I would highly deter people from interacting with. He may be nice on the surface, but I can tell you from experience, he is a ticking time bomb. He should not even be a business owner.

Now let's move onto their profit margin. If you're looking to get swindled, this is the place for you. If you are looking to get greatly undercut if you have something to sell, this is the place for you. If you are looking for particular cards, then plan on paying 3-10% than most shops in this city or online. Most businesses have a profit margin between 30-35%. This particular business has a profit margin close to 80%. They do not care what the card is, as I was told in person, they are only offering half a penny per card, because that is what the market dictates according to them. See the problem? It's sheer greed.

I did ponder about reporting this to the BBB, SEC, FTC, and the attorney general for Colorado, simply because this place needs to close. I do not blame the other staff members, they kept to themselves. It's the owner that is the big concern."
